STRUCTURAL ENGINEER
We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the structural design, evaluation, and rehabilitation of existing buildings.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of structural engineering experience
- Experience with existing building rehabilitation and repair projects
- Knowledge of steel, concrete, masonry, timber, and foundation design
- Experience preparing drawings, specifications, and reports
- Familiarity with NYC Building Code & industry standards
- EIT preferred; PE license or ability to obtain is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage projects from planning through construction
- Perform structural analysis and design for new & existing buildings
- Prepare structural drawings, calculations, and technical documents
- Conduct field investigations and condition assessments
- Perform construction inspections and emergency site visits
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and agencies
- Monitor construction for compliance with codes and specifications
- Provide engineering support and resolve field issues
- Assist with project scheduling, meetings, and client coordination

PROJECT MANAGER FOR FAÇADE RESTORATION PROJECTS
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee façade restoration and building envelope projects throughout New York City. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience managing the investigation, design, and construction of exterior building restoration projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 5 years managing façade restoration projects
- Strong knowledge of masonry, waterproofing & roofing systems
- Experience with NYC FISP & Local Law requirements
- Familiarity with NYC Building Code & DOB filing procedures
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- OSHA certifications and scaffold experience a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage façade restoration projects from start to finish
- Perform façade inspections using scaffolds, lifts & fire escapes
- Prepare FISP reports and condition assessment reports
- Evaluate deterioration of masonry, concrete, brick, and more
- Develop repair recommendations and construction documents
- Coordinate with owners, consultants, contractors & agencies
- Provide construction administration and site observations
- Monitor budgets, schedules and construction quality
- Verify compliance with codes, contracts and standards
- Respond to field conditions and resolve technical issues
